Spotify premium not working

Spotify premium not working

So I signed up for my 7 day free trial of Spotify premium and it was supposed to end on the 3rd of January 2018. Then on the 29th of December 2017 I payed for a 3 month gift card and redeemed it while on the trial. I waited till the trial ended and now it’s the 6th of January and it says I’m on the trial but I’m getting no Spotify premium at all?? 

 

I also checked my email to make sure the 3 months redeemed and it did but still isn’t working!? Would really appreciate some help -Baylee

Hey @sparklyboolee,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I had not connected to Facebook in the first place with this account so I don’t know what to do. I’ve double checked that I got Spotify with this account and the receipt said this account. There was also no 10 degit number but thanks for ur reply!?
