Spotify premium stopped working

Spotify premium stopped working

I’ve been a member of Spotify premium since October 2015. My last payment of £12.99 came out of my bank on 10th Jan 2018 but my premium account is no longer working - in fact when I log in it says I have a free account! Also I see now that a premium account is now £9.99 per month. Can I cancel my current membership and rejoin with the new monthly payment?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
