My Question or Issue

 

i have just created a new spotify account, and would like to try spotify premium for 1.99AED for 3 months. However, whenever i go to pay for it, a message pops up saying im not elligable since i have already used a trial before...

How if i created the account 10 minutes ago?

Thanks for the info! 

Since your payment method has been used for Spotify services in the past, this could be the reason why the trial isn't working for you. If you don't have an account with Spotify and have another payment method - I'd recommend trying to get the Premium trial here.

yes, in fact, one of my family members used the same payment method a while back, but they cancelled their subscription. 

 

could that be the cause of the problem?

thank you so much again for helping me out. Yes, I guess that's the problem. I tried again but unfortunately, I get the same result. I'll try a different payment method and I'll get back to you. 🙂
