My account subscription is premium but why can i download offline?

That's not cool, what exactly happen when you try to download playlist?

Sorry for ur inconvenience ! As u see the picture below is premium but i am not sure why cant i download , when i want to download it says ur account must be premium if u wouldnt mind could u pls help me

That's odd, here are 3 things you can try to troubleshoot this: 

 

  • Restart your phone 
  • Log out and log back in Spotify
  • Reinstall Spotify, as this usually helps for many ongoing issues like this

Hey back @Oswyn123lim, I'm here with an update! 

 

 

Firstly, check this link https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription, the status should be Premium. If so, are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails, that will mean your extra account (on Free) is registered with that email. 

Unsure if you have 2nd account? Check this here

If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually. 

 

    • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
    • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

Did you manage to work out if this was happening due to having 2 accounts?
Hopefully double-checking the username/email of your Premium account sorted things for you.
