Still getting charged for a service

I stopped using Spotify and I’m still getting charged for it and now that I logged in again I can’t play music with no adds involved

We'd first recommend taking a look at this article to find out if you have another Spotify account, as you might be logging in to another one by mistake and this could be the reason why you're not seeing Premium features.


If this is not the case, we recommend reaching out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to take a better look at the payments you've made and help with any necessary changes on your account.
