My Question or Issue

I have bought a premium plan through a company called KPN. Now I have stopped the subscription in KPN because I wanted to upgrade to a family subscription. The problem is that I have the code to get a family subscription now but I can't use it yet because I need to wait till the month is done. Would it be possible to remove the company from my account and let me add it again with the family subscription?

Hi @Alphaegen ,

 

In this case you would need to contact the company concerned so that they can go ahead and remove you from their plan.

I have already contacted the company in question and they've told me that they've already stopped my Spotify subscription on their side.

Hey @Alphaegen ,

 

Since the partner company manages your subscription there would be nothing Spotify could do on their end to speed up the process I'm afraid. Best thing in this case is to sit tight until the accunt reverts back to free.

 

You can go ahead and check your billing date for the last date of Premium by going here.
