Student Discount but Charged for Full Premium

My Question or Issue:

Hi, I have been subscribed to spotify premium for students and have been paying $5.99 a month the past year, however, I was charged $11.99 this month and when I change my plan and verify as a student it says I have already redeemed this offer. It says I will be charged $11.99 again next month as well.

I am not sure how to change it back to my student discount.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try logging out/in of your Spotify to see if that helps? If that doesn't change anything - could you try using another browser or incognito mode?
