South Africa Payment Issue

I have been trying to get premium for over a week now. I've tried 4 different cards, different devices even different accounts. I received can subscription email, i've done the troubleshooting steps, gone incognito, changed country, I have done EVERYTHING suggested on the community. This is really frustrating. it worked earlier in the year and now nothing. Please help and please note I HAVE gone through troubleshooting
