Connecting existing spotify account with Starbucks Partner application?

My Question or Issue

 I am trying to activate Premium as it is provided for Starbucks Partners. I have clicked the link here (https://partner-provisioning.spotify.com/starbucks/), and clicked "Get Premium". Upon which I log in via facebook, and I click "Okay". Instead of it directing me to verifying my partner numbers, it just takes me back to the same screen it first shows, the "Music for Everyone" screen it first shows when you click the link above. 

What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try using another browser or incognito mode? Also, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown?
