My Question or Issue

I'm trying to end my Family subscription and get the usual Premium.

I downgraded from Family to Premium and had to wait for the month to end in order to get all the procedure done. I should now have my Premium account but

I recently redeemed two 10.00€ Premium codes and they seem to have delayed the Family-->Premium downgrade, since I now read in the "account" section that my account type will be switched on January 7th 2019, and only then I'll have to pay 9.99€. Why is that? What about the next two months? Am I forced to stick with Family? Will I be charged, and for what?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

I understand your concern. You mentioned that you have purchased 2 Premium Gift Cards. Those will be in effect after your Family plan ends - and after those 2 months, you'll pay the normal price for Premium.

 

You shouldn't be stuck with Premium for Family, as long as you redeem the code before your Premium for Family ends.
