Student Subscription Problem

I've signed up for student promo last night and SheerID sent me an email saying that i'm a verified student. But when i fill up their form again and send my registration form from our school, and about to complete my package. It went back to spotify home. I've been charged a lot of times and i want to cancel my subscription, i check my subscription page but there is no cancel button. What should i do? What does this means?

you'll want to click this link and click subscription. Then click I want to close my spotify account . it should give you the option to cancel subscription but you must be signed into the account you want to cancel the subscription on.

Hey @lgc0216, welcome to the community!

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, the money is drafted and remains as pending for the discount to be validated.

It seems that the payments didn't go through so these transactions should remain as pending, and the money will go back to your bank account automatically.
