Student bundle not working

I am trying to sign up for the Spotiy and Hulu student bundle and when I try to make a Hulu account, it does not recognize that I have a Spotify account. I was already charged the $5 and would like to use the accounts I paid for, however it is not allowing me.

The same thig happened to me. I was charged 4.99 on my card even though I did not fully signed up for the student bundle. I'm a highschool student so I did not meet the requirements so I left the sign up page. But later on I saw that my card was chatged. And I can't even use Spotify Premium. I would like my money back because I was not intending on buying this
