Student discord didn't work + charged 2 times 5€

 Hello, it's quite frustrating.

I was subscribed for the one month trial then at the end i got a message telling me it needed to update my credit card to pay for the next move. So i decided to upgrade for an entire year using the student promo. i entered my new credit card number, confirmed my subscription, and confirmed my identity, then got a message telling i needed to confirme my subscription on the spotify website. On the website i had the same error telling me my credit card wasn't working (however i have entered a new one), i though it was related to the free month subscription so i canceled it.

Then i did all the steps once again for the student promo but i wasn't eligible because "i already used this offer" ! And what a suprise, i was charged 2 times 5€ (it's weird because these 2 payments doesn't show up on spotify website).

 

Result: i lost my one year student offer and 10€, because spotfy website was buged (it told me my credit card wasn't valid anymore, however i had entered a new one for my new subscription a few days ago).

I'm asking for a refund and a posibility to participate in the one year student offer (again).

Since you didn't complete the process of signing up for the discount, the charges on your account shouldn't go through. The funds should get back to you within a few business days.

 

For now, make sure your card meets the requirements listed here and try signing up again.
