Student discount failed

Hi there, I applied for student discount on the 1st of November, but the regular amount was charged November 5th for my premium. Did something go wrong? How can I look into this?

First of all, let's see if your country is eligible for the Student Discount. If you're in the United States, United Kingdom or Germany your eligible for the Student Discount.

If you're not in one of these countries, you may not be eligible for the Student Discount. You can suggest that your country is added through the Ideas Exchange!
