Student discounts and over-billing

Hi there,

I'm on a student discount in Australia. I was billed $11.99 for my premium. I got that refunded and redeemed a student discount again to ensure i only pay the $5.99 student price. $5.99 was taken from my account and then an hour later a further $11.99 was taken from my account aswell. Can someone please explain to me what is going on and how I can just get Spotify premium for student.

When you go to https://spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt, do you see a receipt for the full Premium price? Also, when you go to https://spotify.com/account/subscription/, when does that expire?
