Student to Premium

I have had the student discount for a while now, maybe for a year. Which I just read that you have to renew after a year but you will be sent an email on how to do that. I did not recieve an email but was charged $10 yesterday by Spotify. I don't know why they didn't inform me that my student discount was going to expire and when I go to switch to student discount it asks for my payment information which I don't know if it will 1) charge me again or 2) refund me for charging the premium amount that I did not agree to. I really wish I could speak with someone over the phone but it seems like this is the only way to talk to anyone.

First of all I suggest you to go to http://spotify.com/student to sign up for the student discount again.

Also, click the link to the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page so you are aware of the renewal process.

Regarding the refund process, I suggest you get in contact with the Spotify staff here.
