i updated my payment method and spotify take the money from my bank account but my accounts premium did not refreshed i m still getting ''don't lose your offline music update your payment mthod '' warning.

Hey there @sentryofdevil, welcome to the community!

 

That's not good. Have you tried signing out and back in the app to shake things up? 

 

Otherwise, you should make sure you're logging in the correct account, by trying the following:

    1. Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
    2. If it does say you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps here.
    3. If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
