I am on a family plan with 3 people and premium is only working for one person. Please help!!

I'm so sorry to that you are having this problem.  I highly recommend that you tweet @spotifycares as they are very fast with the turn around on issues.   Lets get you up and running good again.

The other option is to contact them via this link: Contact Spotify Support (Banking/Subscription).
