My Question or Issue

Last month I registered for premium DUO on the 30th of June, the payment option is through my phone service, which I also received a 2-month free trial. This month July I received a receipt of my payment for Spotify from my phone service, but on Spotify, it says that I need to pay on August the 30th. I have contacted my phone service and they said I need to contact Spotify. Was there an error on Spotify side or am I supposed to pay? and then received a refund? I am very confused. Please help.
