Subscription Premium

Subscription Premium

Today I subscribed the premium Offer for my account. This job I did on my notebook. After ending the subscription procedure I tried to start Spotify on my IPhone 6S. I did my  registration on my mobile phone in the Spotify App. Then Spotify only opened a page on which I could order a free test version (7 days) of Premium. No else button was shown. After pressing the button with the free test version I can hear the music. But that´s not my problem. I want to know why Spotify doesn´t recognizes my Premium subscription and I also want to know what will happen after the 7 days of free subscription.

Are you able to see that you have Premium for longer than 7 days when you log in here?

 

You can also try logging out and back into your account on your mobile device to see if it helps.
