I can't switch from free to premium on the app

I can't change my subscription type. Please help! I was on premium but all of a sudden it doesn't work, and now it has just defaulted to 'free' on account type and I can't change it. Please help

Fiquei em efetuar o pagamento do desse mes com a Spotify, pois meu cartão foi cancelado, gosteria que emitir um boleto ou algo do tipo para que possa efetuar o pagamento. Infelismente nao tenho como colocar outro cartão de credito.Grato. Aguardo

Superuser Contribution I payed for 2 different subscriptions by mistake

I was looking into the student discount and $4.99 was taken out of my account but that didn't work and then I just had to pay another $9.99 to get my premium back.... is there anyway I can get my $4.99 back?

Hey, i just purchased 3 months premium for 1 euro, but it seems like spotify made 10€ reserve on my bank account and in recipes it even says 9,99€. In subscriptions it says it will renew 24.8, which is that 3 months. Why i am still being charged 10€?
