Me cobraron 2 veces la promoción de 3 meses por $9 y aún así no me la habilitaron.

En mi tarjeta de débito se me hicieron dos cargos de $9.00 cada uno, dando un cargo total de $18.00 a nombre de Spotify, hubiera entendido el primer cargo pero el segundo es inaudito, y aún así no me la hicieron válido pero si me lo cobraron.

Why cant i pay with my PayPal balance? I have done so for three months in a row and all of a sudden the only acceptable method is with credit card. And there is enough money on my paypal.
