My Question or Issue

I’ve onlh just noticed that my subscription seemed to have changed from Premium to Family in November 18. This meant I’ve been paying £14.99 rather than £9.99 monthly for the past 5 months for a service I didn’t want or require. 

I didn’t knowingly make this change to

ny account, so why did my subscription change?

Any help would be much appreciated.
