My Question or Issue

My account failed to undergo a subscription payment due to low mobile balance. I visited the Spotify web page and was told that they will try the payment again in a few days. It has already been 2 days, and I was wondering when they were possibly going to try the payment again.

I'll be happy to help.

Spotify will attempt to charge your card in a few days. I'd recommend giving it a day more or two. You'll also receive updates when Spotify attempts to charge your card.
