I have Spotify Premium with Student Discount and I renewed my discount today because it ends tomorrow.
My question is: Will it change to Spotify Premium and i'll be charged 7 EUR while I wait for SheerID email?

You shouldn't be charged tomorrow, and you should be reverted to the Free service.
If you DO get charged, please let me know.
Also, I'd recommend checking your spam/junk folders if you haven't recieved an email from SheerID.

Thanks for your answer 😀 I checked my subscription details and it says that my next bill will be 6.99 EUR on September 20th and I didn't get the SheerID email today
What if I don't get it tomorrow too? Will I be charged 6.99 EUR?

I got the Sheer ID e-mail today....FINALLY!!
So, I've done all the steps to get the Premium for Students but in the subscription page on my profile, it says this:

Yay, I'm happy - and thanks for the screenshot!
Could you try accessing your Premium for Students account using a different browser or private window?
If that doesn't help, it's best to wait until you get charged and check your bank statements or receipts page if you get charged the regular Premium price or the student discount, and always keep me posted.
