Free/Premium: Free

Country: Canada, Quebec

My Question or Issue:

 

When going on Spotify Website and trying to choose a plan it says "Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium." But none of the premium plan works. There is no other place on this page where we can subscribe. I know as a Quebec user I can't get the free month, but I simply cannot pick any other option. None of those presented to the user work.

I suggest you speak to someone from the team and explain your issue to them, they'll be in a better position to assist you.

I landed on this support platform to report the same issue. And I'm in QC as well. Spotify QA team just failed.

And this wasn't even reviewed. I think I'll take this to twitter if you can't handle user reports on your own community platform...

 

and BTW the above suggestion.... I am not going to send an email. THIS community platform should bridge the community  and support ...
