Hi, day before yester I registered to use the premium for 99 cents. I never used spotify before, so i wanted to check it out. I even have the statement that i paid, but in my account still says i am a free user and not premium user. Tried to get help somewhere on the website... no useful contact form or such to be found. 

So my question is, where and how to get the premium i paid for and if not able to activate, where to refund?
