My Question or Issue

I am paying 10.73 per month and receiving free service with ads recently. How do I get premium service?

thanks for reaching out !

 

I see you've mentioned paying for a Spotify subscription.

Paid subscriptions should not have ads presented to them and the state of the account should be presented as Premium - you can read more about the different subscriptions here.

 

Please log in to your account overview page here to make sure it is indeed Premium.

In case it doesn't and you're still having payments deducted, i'd like you to use this support page and locate all active accounts with your details - it's possible you're logged into the wrong account.

I changed password. Checked for multiple accounts and didn’t see any. The account still shows free.

They'll be happy to take a look backstage and check out which account you're being charged for and help you get access to it.
