My Question or Issue

My Spotify account was registered from the US and I wanted to switch it to Premium while being in the US but when I enter my Visa card number which I got from Pakistan, it keeps displaying the message "Your payment method and country don't match." I have my account registered inthe US and I am also currently living in the US but somehow I keep getting this message. Visa cards are supposed to work in whatever country I may be and it isn't working here. Please help resolve this issue.

Hi @hureensh,

Unfortunantly the country and the credit card county have to match.

Maybe you can use another payment method like PayPal.
