TROUBLE PAYING THROUGH LOAD

Hi! Im having trouble paying my account through globe load. I've tried it many times & even tried to use other numbers to pay my account but it's still not working. I have P150 balance on my sim but still says that I have insufficient credit. HELLLP that's the only convenient payment method for me 😞

That's not cool. We'd suggest trying in a different browser, or a private/incognito window.
