Payment Isn't Taking

I recently graduated college and got an email that my supscription would automatically change to regular subscription. I didn't have the money to pay for my scbscriptions so I stopped because I knew I could just pay the backpayment later. So, I get money and try to pay and my payment won't take according to the site. I push the change card info button four times. So, I go to my online banking and it says that Spotify has charged me four times, however on the spotify site it says it doesn't accept my card. My subscription will end in five days so I need help fast!
