My Question or Issue

I tried to buy spotify premium but I keep getting this error “The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method”

And also if I buy spotify premium will changing locations make any problem(Im gonna be connected to same device(my phone) but different location)?

I am sorry to hear that, but maybe I can help. It’s a good idea to try processing payment using a different browser or private window, I’d recommend following these steps to see if it can resolve issues with failed payments you’re experiencing. 

You can purchase Premium anywhere within the same country. However, if you’re moving from one country to another, you would have to make sure that the payment method is registered in the same country as what’s on your account. You can manage your region settings following these steps.
