I'm sorry to hear this. I'd recommend checking your Receipts page to see if the charge appears there at all before you attempt to process payment again. If it's not there, I'd recommend retrying payment through your Account page using a different browser or private window. You can also contact your financial institution to see if it could be something on their end preventing the successful payment.

Thanks for the screenshots. Can you let me know if you’ve tried this on a different browser or private window? You can also try a different network connection to see if that makes a difference.

If the issues are still persisting, see if using an incognito browser window or a different device and/ or network to subscribe using this payment method would make a difference.
In the meantime, if this is a possibility for you, you can try using a different payment method as well.

Hi I have been facing the same issue, tried with different payment methods (doesnt work), tried with different Bkash account (doesnt work), tried with different phone (doesnt work) .
spoken to Spotify support - Says they do not have any problem. Spoken to Bkash support- says they also do not have any problem.
I have faced this exact issue before as well, I have 3 cards, spotify took payments for the first time. But from the next cycle it doesn’t.
