My Question or Issue

So far, I am a free user. I have a crypto.com Visa Card, and I am trying to upgrade from a fee user to Spotify premium Duo. Every time I fill out a form regarding my Visa Card, there is an error message "Vybraný spôsob platby nezodpovedá vybranej krajine"; translated to English: "The selected payment method does not match the selected country". Please check the screenshot. Can you help me?

Hey @masterm, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

This is expected if the country the card came from doesn't match the country registered on your Spotify account. In that case, can you check with crypto.com and check out where the card came from and see if it matches the country registered on your Spotify account
