My Question or Issue

I bought premium for the account I don’t use anymore by accident, now it says I’m not eligible for the free trial anymore. I canceled it almost immediately, is there any way I can get that trial back?

I'm sorry to hear this. 

Since you have tried Premium in the past, you aren't eligible for the Premium trial since it's only for users who haven't tried Premium. There isn't a way to get the Premium trial again since you already redeemed it in the past.

 

There is some more information on Premium trials and offers here. I'd also recommend keeping an eye on spotify.com for future deals and promotional offers.

So even though I haven’t used it at all it still registers as me completing
it? It was on the same day.

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

In this case, I'd recommend moving your playlists to the other account and use that one until your Premium time runs out. 

 

If you're not comfortable with this option, you'd need to reach out to support who can help further.
