Tried to start birthday free trial, says I have already started a trial

Hello,

I clicked on the gift that I received for my birthday, however it said I had taken another offer like this. I have not started my free trial on Spotify before, and I don't know why the link isn't working. Please help me resolve this issue.

Thanks for the reply, I appreicate it. I have not ever used or subscribed to Spotify premium offers or benefits, no. I tried once, but then did not complete the entering of the card info. Will that have triggered something?

should i do the same thing then? i have been offered a free 60 days for my birthday.....

back in 2014 every user was offered a complimentary 7 day trial.... maybe it was 14.and took advantage of it then.... does that exclude me from my birthday gift?

when i click the link it takes me to a credit card page.... ive never payed for spotify... and dont feel i should have to put in a credit card (which i dont have) to use a trial you offered me for free
