Try period

Hello guys! I've made a mess. I've activated the 7 days try period of Spotyfy cause I've accidentally clicked on the popup. I would like to cancel the activation, so I looked at the faq but when I go to the subsciption's section, there's no possibilty to do it.

There's only the message with the info about the lenght of the test period and the button to subscribe.

Any suggestions about how to solve this problem?

Hey, I'm sorry, but this isn't possible: you can't cancel something you aren't getting charged for. Hope I helped, if you come across any other issues let me know.
