UPGRADE TO FAMILY PREMIUM

Hi, i tried to upgrade to family premium, i made the subscription on my android app, did the payment and everything and showed to me a bill number, but when i came out from the app and come back in again, it dissapeared. The thing is that they charged it already to my credit card but there is no upgrade in my account, even i was checking my account on the webpage and nothing, is like i have never payed. But now my concern is that how i do to cancel, or look for this because, that charge has been done to my credit card, there is no upgrade and is showing like if i have to subscribe again to the family premium. what do i do? please some help.

Did you get any email confirmation from Spotify for the amount you paid for the family premium?
