Unable to cancel my yearly premium.

My Question or Issue

Hi

Last year I purchased the yearly subscription for Spotify Premium, now I would like to cancel this and start a family plan with my brother and sister but it won't let me cancel my Premium.

Every time I try to, it gives me an error say "Something went wrong, try again"

Could anybody help me with this?

Have you tried using a different browser or incognito mode?

Could you also try to do this on a computer and maybe try a different network connection?

I also have this problem. There is no credit card nor paypal added to my account and it is setup to auto-renew, but I wish to cancel my premium so that it won't auto-renew.  However, that error pops up everytime I try to cancel.  I received a year premium from some package deal but I have no idea from where and no longer have any of that relationship anyhow.  I just want to cancel the auto-renewal but I don't appear to be able to do that.  Regardless of of the subscription coming from somehwere else, I just want to cancel ythe renewal for this service.

Tried from multiple browsers, computers, icognito, etc.  Just need it to not auto-renew.

Edit: Do you see a cancel subscription button, or only "manage plan" is available?
