Unable to get Spotify premium

Trying to purchase premium for myself and it keeps saying “ it looks like you’ve taken a trial before, which means I’m not eligible for the offer” I have taken a trial on another Spotify account a long time ago so I don’t see why it won’t let me get premium on my current Spotify account. And then it says I’m still able to get premium but only for the family or duo which are more expensive and I only need a plan for myself. What do I do??

Can you try subscribing to Premium here using a different browser or private window? If that does not work, can you let me know if the same issue occurs when you create a new Spotify account and test it there? If you're able to subscribe to the new account, I will send you steps on how to transfer content from one account to another.
