My Question or Issue

Hi, I have purchased my spotify premium today and it has not been activated. I am still on free account. I am sharing you the detail of transaction. kindly look into this matter. I have tried the out the listed reasons in the forum and help page and none of them worked. I have used UPI transaction method for the purchase of 1 yr premium.

Thanks for the additional info.

Payments may take up to 3 working days to be processed. In this case, let's wait a few more days (and I'll check back in after the weekend). Once the payment is processed successfully on Spotify's end, your Premium will be activated.

Let's take a look.

Based on the screenshot you provided, are the charges showing as pending, or have they been posted?

 

And when you check your account here, does it say Free or Premium?


Try also following all troubleshooting steps provided here and let me know the results.

Yes my account got debited. and It is still a free account.
