Unable to subscribe

Im unable to subscribe using pay by mobile for 7days, though i have enough mobile balance. It always redirected me back to CONTINUE  and its not pushing through. Im getting message like "oops something went wrong pls try again", i tried lots of times already since yesterday and still wont. Help me pls
