I have a recent charge on my bank statement for $14.99 from Spotify. I did NOT authorize this payment. I didn't even have an account with Spotify until a few minutes ago when I was FORCED to create one to access customer support. I need to resolve this as this is a bogus charge and I do not want any more charges from Spotify, and would like this charged refunded. Please help. I sent out the stupid tweet to @SpotifyCares but do not know how much help that is going to be. #SpotifyCares

Please bear in mind that the Spotify Community is not an official Spotify Support service so that's not really something I can look into. I'd recommend waiting on the reply from SpotifyCares.

I sent a message to the SpotifyCares but have yet to recieve any acknowedgement at all. This is very frusterating. I do not understand why their is no customer support readily available, and I am not happy that I needed to create an account just to access help. 😞
