Unauthorized payment

Ok so im checking my wells fargo app and noticed i was charged $9.99 so i called the number and its to spotify. I dont even use spotify how did they get my account number in the first place. Does anyone know how i can get in contact with spotify?  They keep giving me the run around to go to this community site and what not. Thank you for your time.

Hi Aimee, I am also looking for a solution to this issue. I already check the subscription of my account and it's in free spotify, but why still charging me monthly on my credit card. Please help. Thank you.
