Unexpected Charge

So I have 2 Spotify both on Free Spotify subscription and I woke up with a message about money being taken out 2nd Septermber, 9:17. 
I'm not sure how this is possible.

If you only use Spotify's free service, it's possible someone is using your payment method without your knowledge. In such case, it's always best to reach out to Support here so that they can locate the account and take appropriate action 🙂
