My Question or Issue
My account has been "unlimited" since 04/2016. Now it's changed to "free" on its own, and the payment has stopped. I can't find my credit card details under the "Subscription and payment" page to verify the information. Please halp to change my account back to unlimited.
Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:
Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It should the one with the Unlimited features.
You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

Unfortunately I don't have those emails anywhere, but in the Receipts page I can see my receipts. The last is from 16th Aug (I know, way back) and it says "Product: spotify unlimited". When I go to the Subscription page it says "You're currently Spotify Free... Come back to Premium anytime you like."
I tried to log out / log in, but it didn't solve it. This makes me think that Spotify agrees with me about the account, but the status is somehow dropped.
I'm sure I've not cancelled the Unlimited account nor the payment. But around that time my account was stolen or otherwise compromised and returned by Spotify's gracious efforts. I think the status might've been lost during the incident.
What do I need to do to get Spotify staff to reply this?

We don't offer Unlimited anymore. So If your subscription stops, it won't be possible to to get Unlimited again. You can read in the terms and conditions that Unlimited could end at some point in the future.
We do offer Premium and also have some offers like Premium for Family and a Student Discount for when you are a student. Premium offers everything that Unlimited does, but adds high quality streaming, Offline listening and no ads on mobile. You can read up more about it here.
