Unredeemable Spotify Gift

Hello Spotify,

Good morning 🙂

I got a 3 month spotify premium gift, in a form of an email, from my friend last Christmas. I tried redeeming it today but it gives me the "The code you've entered is invalid for your country."

I don't know what do next from this. Is it possible to have it converted to my country? Or.. Is it because I'm already on Premium?

I would appreciate any help from this. Thank you so much.

I'm certain that it has something to do with your country. where are you located and where did the person send it from?

Unfortunately, Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased.
