I realize that my account change to Premiun. I did not requested it. I want to switch to the Free service. Butt when I go to to subscription, then to subscription and payment. The option for cancel your subscription do not appear. Only this : a tick Spotify Premiun and the message Your pre-paid Premium will end on 2015-04-12. Subscribe to keep the tunes flowing, no need to re-credit your account every month. with the option Subscribe. And I want to come back to the free service I dont need the Premiun service at the moment. Also I am afraid that a monthly payment goes automatically. Best Regards

The “pre-paid" part, leads me to believe that you are fine and should just enjoy your premium service. I would keep an eye on your credit card statement to be sure though. 🙂

I would like to unsubscribe due to issues with the app and being unable to play music... paying $11.99 per month without my choice of music to play is unrealistic for the price per month... every time i have unsubscribed via email it has told me that it has been successful only to be charged the amount $11.99 for the last 3 months since trying to unsubscribe... i think i will be calling up paypal and having them disable the payment if this isnt rectified! One week from today...
