Upgrade is still in processing

Upgrade is still in processing

My friend gave me an premium activation code on Jan. 13th, I used it at the same day. I made a mistake that I used it before I register the Spotify account. I register the account later, the status was changed to "Processing". However, till now, the upgrade still shows "Processing". It takes too long to wait. I don't know what happened and how to solve it.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It's technically not possible to redeem a Spotify Gift Card if you're not logged into an account.

 

Since Premium should be available directly after redeeming a Gift Card, could you please post a screenshot of the page where it says "Processing"?
