Upgrading to Premium Family

Hi Folks

My monthly Premium subsciption (£9.99) was paid today and my next one is now due in 1 months time. I would like to upgrade to Premium Family but if I do, will I be charged the full £14.99 (in addition to my original payment) or just the difference (£5.00) for the first month?

Hey @stevebinuk,

Yep, you'll be charged the full amount when upgrading, but the good thing is that your remaining Premium time will be converted into Premium for Family time, so you're not really losing any money.
