Using Canadian family plan in USA?

My Question or Issue

Hi everyone, my family in Canada has the Spotify family plan. I'm in the US with a free account that I set up here. Can I join their plan? They sent me an invite and it's asking me to confirm their address but I can't input any Canadian addresses (probably due to there being an IP lock). If I am able to get connected, will there be any issues? Will they lock/block my account if my account/IP is American while the plan is Canadian? Will I have to constantly sign in confirming address, etc.? I haven't seen a recent post similar to this so I thought I would ask. Thanks!

I found in a help article it mentioned Family Plan is a cheaper option for up to 6 six users who live under the same roof to get a Premium account. Don't think this plan would be applicable to you and the folks since y'all have quite a bit of distance between each other. Definitely peep the Student plan, if you are in school that'll help keep the costs down immensely.
